This graceful low-impart water workout uses the resistance of the water to intensify the barre and across the floor movements. It is a great way to improve alignment, balance, and flexibility while jeté-ing in the water!

Transceteria is a variation on the theme that will transcend the integration of mind, body, and spirit incorporating flowing movement, progressive exercises and live percussion. Featuring the drummers from Philip Glass and Riverdance playing hypnotic grooves on doumbek and bodhran.
